For Ages 4-7

Yoga for kids can help build calmness & confidence, body awareness, and help focus on increasing a belief in their own greatness!! They practice breathing exercises as a tool for bringing their attention back to present, they have fun being physical in the yoga postures and enjoy yoga games to keep them engaged! A kids class is presented in a fun and dynamic way covering important topics that help stress & anxiety management, giving them great tools to deal with their peers, body image and self worth. We offer kids / youth camps throughout the year on holidays and PA Days
