Congratulations, mama! You've had your beautiful baby, settled into your new life and now you're ready to discover your new postpartum practice. Perhaps you had a practice you'd like to get back to or maybe you fell in love with prenatal yoga and want to know more. Or maybe you're coming to yoga for the first time! These sessions are all designed to go in-depth with various aspects of yoga at a pace that has the new mom in mind. We all come to yoga for our own reasons, be it emotional or physical, and our 8-week series will address both. Each class will incorporate core exercises, strength training, mindfulness and stress reduction, and explore the use of props to assist with your practice. All participants must be cleared by a medical professional. This class is open to mothers of newborns up to 1 year.
